First, which kind of ride do you need

Everything else on this page comes in both. The level of service determines the vehicle we send and how your rate is calculated, so this is where booking starts.

Wheelchair Transportation

You stay in your own chair for the entire trip. Our vans use rear entry ramps, so there is no lifting, no transferring, and no steps to manage. Once you are on board, your chair is locked to the floor with a four point securement system and you get a lap and shoulder belt on top of that. Manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters all fit.

Ambulatory Transportation

For riders who use a walker or can walk with or without assistance. Your driver arrives on schedule, helps you in and out of the vehicle, and walks you in at both ends. It costs less than wheelchair service because there is no loading time, and it is far more reliable than a rideshare for a medical appointment you cannot miss.

Dialysis and Infusion Transportation

Three or more trips a week, on the same days, at the same times. We build your treatment schedule into our dispatch so you are not rebooking every week, and we are outside when your session ends rather than an hour later.

Included in every ride

The same standard on every trip, whichever service you book

01 Door-through-door, not curb to curb After confirming wheelchair accessibility, we come to your door, help you out of the house, and walk you into your destination. Curb to curb means someone leaves you on a sidewalk. That is not what we do.
02 A confirmed arrival window Pickup times are arranged 1 hour before your appointment time so you know exactly when to expect us.
03 A quote before you ride Your rate depends on your pickup point, your destination, and whether you need wheelchair loading. You get the number before booking and it does not change during the trip.
04 One way or round trip Book the trip out, the trip back, or both. After your appointment is finished, call dispatch and we will send a driver back to you. Having drivers waiting is an add-on service. If you would rather we come back, we do that too.

24-hr Cancellation Policy:

Rides that are cancelled within a 24-hour window of the appointment will be charged at 50% of the transportation quote.

Coordinating rides for your patients

If you arrange transportation as part of your job, call or email us directly. We handle recurring schedules, standing dialysis routes, and same day discharge pickups, and you talk to the person dispatching the van rather than a call center. We work with nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, hospitals, hospice teams, and vocational rehabilitation programs across Central Kentucky.

What people ask before booking a service

Pricing, timing, and how the trip actually works on the day.

Your rate is based on your pickup location, your drop off location, and your load type, meaning whether you need wheelchair loading or you are ambulatory. You’ll have a confirmed transport price before you confirm your booking. Call 859-347-7473 to request a quote.
As early as you can, especially for dialysis and standing appointments. We do our best to accommodate same day requests, so call us even if it is short notice.
Yes. There is room for a family member or caregiver to ride along, including in the wheelchair accessible vans. Tell us when you book so we hold the seat.
Your return pickup will be scheduled based on your appointment time. Need the driver to wait? Waiting service is available for an additional fee.
Call dispatch and we will adjust. Appointments run over constantly and it is not something you should feel bad about.
