Recovery blocks booked in one conversation

Therapy only works if you actually get there

Recovery runs in blocks of weeks, two or three sessions at a time. Tell us the whole block once and we handle every trip in it.

A typical recovery block
12 weeks 24 sessions 1 phone call
First session Last session
Every session goes into dispatch at once, with a start date and an end date. Nothing to rebook and nothing to remember.

Licensed and insured in Kentucky. Drivers are First Aid, AED, and CPR certified, as required by the state.

Why it matters

Missing sessions costs more than the ride

Therapists will tell you the same thing. The plan works when you show up for it, and the people who fall behind are almost never the ones who stopped trying.

Recovery across a block Sessions kept Sessions missed
Week one End of block
Why people miss Not motivation. A ride fell through, a family member had a meeting they could not move, the weather turned. Sessions get skipped for logistics, not for lack of effort.
What it costs Progress you already paid for in surgery, in pain, and in weeks of work. Therapists build on the last session, so a gap does not pause the plan, it sets it back.
What we do about it Your whole block goes into dispatch as a route. The van comes on your therapy days without anyone confirming, calling ahead, or rearranging their week around it.

The ride is the cheapest part of a recovery. It is also the part most likely to break it.

How a block works

Book the block, not the trip

One conversation covers the whole course of therapy, start to finish.

What happens Tell us the plan How many weeks, which days, what time, and where. If your therapist gave you a printed schedule, read it to us over the phone and we will take it from there.
12 weeks covered 1 phone call
A twelve week course booked in a single phone call, with nothing to rebook along the way.

If a session gets rescheduled, tell us and we move that one trip. The rest of the block stays where it is.

What we drive people to

The recoveries we drive most

Different reasons, same shape. A course of sessions with an end in sight.

Pick a recovery

Typical block: 8 to 12 weeks 01 of 05
After a joint replacement Knees and hips. Therapy usually starts within days of discharge and runs for weeks, and the first stretch is exactly when driving yourself is not an option.

If your recovery is not on this list, it is almost certainly still something we run. Describe the schedule and we will tell you straight.

Levels of service

Your service level can change mid block

Recovery moves in one direction, and the transportation should keep up with it.

Across a course of therapy
Week one Last session
Often at the start If you use a wheelchair Rear entry ramp and four point floor securement, and you stay in your own chair the whole way. Common at the start of a block, especially after a joint replacement or a stroke. See wheelchair transportation
Costs less If you can walk in Ambulatory service works the same way and costs less. Your driver still walks you in and still comes back for you at the end of the session. See ambulatory transportation
The point worth knowing You are not locked into the level you started with Plenty of people start a block in a wheelchair and finish it walking. Tell us when that changes and we change the vehicle and the rate. That transition is the whole point of therapy.
